From the very beginning of this partnership, our creative team worked closely with Bulldog's founder, head of operations, and class leaders to identify the brand's strengths and their most glaring opportunities to grow the brand. With a rather mundane website that was a little thin on content offerings, a standard video library, and basic-level email automation, it was clear that a robust brand redesign and infrastructure buildout was in order.

Due to the scope of this digital brand build, it was going to require all hands on deck so we recruited an expert web developer. After compiling audience and market research, the team was able to create a comprehensive brand messaging strategy complete with new core pages and added value: About Us, FAQs, Custom Workout Plans, Blog & Video Resources, Yoga Guides, App Download, Paid Landing Pages, along with a new Live Streaming page.

Email marketing and automation was the next obstacle to tackle. Along with revamping every email flow, we engineered a flow infrastructure that was designed to move users down an email funnel based on their behaviors and actions. In the end, we were able to prioritize Bulldog's most profitable flows and, ultimately, scale out Bulldog's monthly user base with advanced customization and email segmentation.

The team then grew to include a video creator and storytelling specialist, who has also worked with major brands like Chewy and Smirnoff. With the new addition, our team was able to bring the video strategy to life in the areas of website content, engaging video ads, and multiple social media channels. Bulldog's digital presence grew rapidly in addition to boosting their membership subscriptions numbers for both organic and paid campaigns.
