A DIGITAL EXPERIMENT TO FUSE CRYPTOCURRENCY & REAL ESTATE
Our challenge was to create an entirely new brand from scratch, but not just any new brand. This was a merger of two very distinct concepts: Crypto and Real Estate. The former being a new digital decentralized currency frontier still in its infancy and the latter a long established, enduring industry.

CREATE ExclusivitY & INSPIRE CURIOSITY
During our free discovery call session with Mike, the program's founder, our creative team came to the realization that this joint venture was going to require a unique approach if we were ever going to generate substantial results. This lead us to multiple brainstorming discussions surrounding the concept of growth hacking, or efficiently utilizing cross-disciplinary digital skills in order to maximize the scale and reach of a product or service.

Once we decided to center our digital strategy around growth hacking techniques, it was clear we'd need a robust digital infrastructure to support that strategy. This lead us to one of our more effective methods for creating a lead generation funnel: Reverse engineering the sales process.
First, it was the Action step. Even more than that, we wanted quality actions taken. Our ultimate objective was to recruit high value investors so we needed a way to properly qualify those potential investors. We collaborated with Mike's team to narrow down our expansive list of questions to 8 of the most need-to-know pieces of information. Our team then created a custom Eval Questionnaire (below) with a theme only a true online gamer could appreciate.

Next, was the Consideration step. Our creative developers agreed on a sleek, futuristic design for the website. It was important to emphasize the exclusivity of the growth program, but to do it in a subtle way. With powerful quotes by one of the Crypto Real Estate Growth Program's most recent investors and Mike himself, we found it crucial to keep the website look as modern and intriguing as possible with the cryptocurrency focus.
Finally, the Interest step is the point where users start to understand what the growth program is exactly and why it's so innovative in comparison to similar investment opportunities. It's paramount to get this step right as it's the first point of contact for a large majority of program prospects. There's certainly an art to divulging enough information to inform but to also keep the visuals concise with value adds.
The next step in our overarching strategy is to build partnerships with top cryptocurrency and blockchain thought leaders which are designed to create buzz. Each crypto influencer would be given their own personalized landing page with program preference going to people who have been referred over.
So once a user is referred to the growth program, they visit a tailored landing page then complete the short eval questionnaire. After that is submitted, users are sent a branded email reply acknowledging that they're one step closer to joining the growth program. Everything along the way uses an aligned branding with clear calls-to-action.

Email marketing and automation was the next obstacle to tackle. Along with revamping every email flow, we engineered a flow infrastructure that was designed to move users down an email funnel based on their behaviors and actions. In the end, we were able to prioritize Bulldog's most profitable flows and, ultimately, scale out Bulldog's monthly user base with advanced customization and email segmentation.
The team then grew to include a video creator and storytelling specialist, who has also worked with major brands like Chewy and Smirnoff. With the new addition, our team was able to bring the video strategy to life in the areas of website content, engaging video ads, and multiple social media channels. Bulldog's digital presence grew rapidly in addition to boosting their membership subscriptions numbers for both organic and paid campaigns.
While collaborating with Bulldog's Director of Operations, we were also able to incorporate and support social justice and LGBTQX causes. This enabled us to transcend the business-as-usual work environment and champion these crucial issues in an inclusive environment.
