Meet Trey – Business Development Strategist

Mastering Customer Service

Trey has always been intentional about taking the next step in the right direction, but never knew it would lead to his career today.

He earned a BA in Finance from the Cameron School of Business at UNCW.

While there, he worked in the food and beverage industry, which taught him everything he knows today about customer service. There, he learned that if you treat people right, they’ll come back.

Developing Leadership and Business Management Skills

After graduating, Trey worked a series of jobs that progressively provided him with useful knowledge and skill sets in varied departments from: leadership, consulting, leadership development, business management, and even ownership.

Management taught him the importance of communication. Owning his own business taught him the importance of staying adaptable no matter what.

“You never know which hat is necessary to accomplish what’s at hand”.

Champion of Personal Development and Business Growth

Trey is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about personal development. He firmly believes that the more knowledge you have, the more power you have over your future.

Since he thrives when watching things grow, he works hard to provide those opportunities to help other businesses grow structurally in all facets, which require him to stretch himself and create more of those rewarding personal development opportunities!

He’s organized, prepared, and thoughtful in his work process. Also, he’s adamant about accomplishing the goal at hand.

When He’s Not at Work

Trey enjoys hiking, exploring new areas, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Most of all, he is happiest when doing anything outdoors in the sun.

He’s proud to say that he loves to keep learning, especially through listening to audiobooks and podcasts by people who inspire him, because he’s always working hard to improve his health and future.

On a Lighter Note:

• Real first name is Walter
• Will someday live on the coast
• Is self-professedly “boring”
