Meet Mel – Business Development Strategist

Wearing All The Hats And Loving It

Melissa, she/her (who likes to be called Mel), is a dancer at heart and a yogi in spirit. She believes in multiple career avenues and has worn many hats to get to where she is now.

Her first internship opened the doors to the wonderful world of email. Along with learning about HTML and SEO, she put her home-grown graphic design skills to work.

Getting Out Of Her Comfort Zone, Finding Connection And Meaning

However, after spending a couple of years transitioning from intern to lead graphic designer, she decided to pivot and began a full-time dance and Brand Ambassador journey.

Although very challenging (as a certified introvert), she learned a lot about how to genuinely connect to people and hone those skills to her advantage.

Taking Her Skills To The Next Level

Now with just over 8 years of experience in marketing, garnering a multitude of experience in Email Design, HTML, SEO, and Data Analytics, Melissa takes these skills to The Growth Shark!
