Meet Samantha – Client Success Lead

Parents Make the Best Role Models

Growing up in Sydney, Australia, Samantha learned from an early age that if you want to achieve something, working hard and committing yourself to that goal will get you there.

Samantha credits her late father and mother’s exceptional work ethic as the motivating force behind her career aspirations.

Building a Marketing Foundation

Knowing that she wanted to pursue a career in marketing, Samantha earned a Bachelor’s of Communications – Majoring in Advertising at Western Sydney University.

While studying, she completed a two-year internship at ACP magazines while simultaneously working in several other roles.

Her internship solidified her love of marketing and editorial, and working multiple jobs proved she could not only manage all of those commitments but that she enjoyed the variety and challenges they brought with them.

Her Marketing Career in the Making

Samantha’s marketing career began in Sydney as an Account Executive at Ace Insurance. She then immigrated to America in 2011, where she first lived in Brunswick, Maine. From there, she went on to live in numerous cities across the country.

As she continued to move, Samantha decided to become a freelancer. This ensured she could continue to pursue work she was passionate about doing.

Working as a Freelance Marketing Manager, Samantha has collaborated with agencies, small businesses, and entrepreneurs in both America and Australia.

Through these collaborations, she has been able to connect with people who have not only trusted her with their projects but have also helped her diversify her skills and nurture her development.

Samantha considers herself a forever learner and has continued her professional education throughout her career.

Developing Work-Life Balance

Now based in Honolulu, HI, Samantha prioritizes her family, balancing her role as a mother with growing her career. She loves being a mother to her two young daughters, noting that they are the center of everything she does.

She enjoys volunteering and supporting the local community, and is always looking for new ways to explore Hawaii.
